Overview:

  • This role will lead all program execution for JOEM globally for the respective product group.
  • Support the commercial development of new programs

Main Activities:

  • Manage the Core and supporting product projects
  • Project Work (APQP, feasibility, homologation follow up)

  • Program contact to the customer, be the primary customer contact point.

  • Communication with other accounts and innovation team

  • Identify opportunities at JOEM customer.

  • Project Acquisition support (strategic focus)

  • Support quality issues with customer (design related)

  • Nurtures customer relationships that provide insight and a landscape where our company has a competitive advantage through our “cradle to grave” relationships.

  • Demonstrates personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree - Mechanical engineering
  • Project management experience of at least 3 years is must, with mechanical related products and applications.

  • Ability to identify potential future products and trends

  • Understanding market trends and customer requirements.

  • Good customer relationship to his OEM

  • Proven ability to manage complexity and change, drive project processes forward.
