Overview:

Transition of customer needs and requirements into detailed project plans, execution of those plans, the management of cross functional global teams to secure the program award then to achieve flawless launch and its profitability.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects to both the customer’s and company’s satisfaction to secure continues business acquisition.

  • Support interface with customers in sales/commercial aspects.

  • Strategic negotiation with customer, internal department etc.

  • Quoting/Pricing, Cost Estimate, timely preparation of project financials

  • Assemble, develop and manage the global project team including regular global team conference calls and face to face meetings.

  • Foster the project team’s motivation by implementing effective team management skills

  • Implement process improvement and effective document control

Requirements

  • Degree: Engineering / Business

  • Min 5 years Project Management experience with mechanical related products / applications

  • Proficiency in project management methodology, project planning tools and techniques.

  • Knowledge/Experience for the Negotiation for the price/quotation.

  • Basic knowledge of finance / key ratios

  • Knowledge/Experience of industry quality standards

  • Knowledge/Experience of manufacturing development process Controls Plan, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/negotiation skills both in Japanese and English

  • Must possess the ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
