Performing development tasks with the aim of presenting automatic actuators (electromechanical actuators) in combination with electronic control units and safety sensors for automotive applications. Significant features here are internal presentation and implementation, approval by customers and series production.
Support in development projects and design related issues from the concept phase to the end of serial production.
Technical customer support:
Development of technical solutions – definition of product specifications
Create simulations (tools provided by the company) to understand the performance of our products and develop a suitable technical solution
Cooperatively develop the customer requirement specification document, review and confirm technical documents (Drawings, specifications)
Make spring calculations and choose existing subcomponents to define and create a design.
If applicable initiate manufacturability investigation
Initiate (CAD)-drawing and review 3D situation regarding dimensional fit to vehicle
Clarify project risks with the customer and document mutual understanding
Experience in the Automotive field preferred
Technical degree either in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
In case of degree in electrical engineering, candidate must be willing to learn and handle tasks dominated by mechanical topics
Microsoft office fluency Fluent in English and Japanese
Contribute to develop a solution for quality problems Present and explain quality solutions to the customer
