Overview:

  • The Sales Director will be responsible for strategy, performance, and for all customer-related activities to drive customer satisfaction, growth & profitability.
  • Manage the relationship covering new business acquisition and maintaining existing business programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Japan and global sales strategies

  • Manage sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management

  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives

  • Implements approved distribution strategies; manages multiple channel selling strategies

  • Leads a multi-discipline and multi-cultural team; requires ability to manage a large variety of projects / programs

応募資格

Education/ Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business)

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 15 year sales / business development experience in automotive

  • This will include 5 years in a team management role

  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.

  • Established contacts and relationships with Toyota Motor Corporation and channel partners.

  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results driven environment.

  • Lead and motivate team members in a functional reporting relationship (matrix organization)

  • Make decisions based on multiple factors including engineering, financial, timing and quality inputs

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Japanese & English)
