Lead the development of Japan and global sales strategies
Manage sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
Implements approved distribution strategies; manages multiple channel selling strategies
Leads a multi-discipline and multi-cultural team; requires ability to manage a large variety of projects / programs
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business)
Minimum 15 year sales / business development experience in automotive
This will include 5 years in a team management role
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
Established contacts and relationships with Toyota Motor Corporation and channel partners.
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results driven environment.
Lead and motivate team members in a functional reporting relationship (matrix organization)
Make decisions based on multiple factors including engineering, financial, timing and quality inputs
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Japanese & English)
