Program Manager (#1303)

Our client is a Tier One automotive supplier with more than 30 plants across 13 countries and over 5,000 employees on 4 continents. 

They are seeking to hire a Program Manager.

• Leads assigned programs to meet customer requirements and business commitments while maintaining schedules, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Manages program budgets, risk mitigation, and ensures adherence to the PMR process and customer-specific requirements.

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a comparable required
• Min 5 years’ experience in international automotive industry, preferred in Tier 1. 
• Strong knowledge of Program Management and PMR process across V cycle
• Experience leading a multinational program team or customer group
• Good understanding of Commercial, Product and Process requirements
• Fluent English and Japanese required
