Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (#1259)

Our client is a global leader in next-generation automotive safety systems, developing advanced steering, braking, and occupant-protection technologies for future mobility.

They are seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer:

• Manufacturing planning activities to support internal and external customers

• Product drawing : Manufacturing feasibility analysis

• Change Management : Implement product analysis to find out the potential risk due to change. Able to communicate with customer and explain the manufactory process at each development phase.

• Work as interface to global manufacturing experts to develop Assy manufacturing processes

• Conduct and lead planning activities such as DFM, P-FMEA, Cycle time calculation etc. in project phase.

• Complete vendor assessments for selection initiatives through on-site visits and performance analyses.

• Supplier control: sub-component parts, supplier nomination Knowledge management: Deliver L&L to global and local

• Bachelor Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)

• Automotive interior or structural components development at 3 years’ experience or more .

• Basic manufactory process knowledge .

• Japanese: Business fluency

• English: Basic communication

• Launch 1 project experience at least
