They are hiring a Sales Director for their office in Aichi.

About the role:

Build up the strong relationship with Toyota to explore the business opportunities in Asia.

Lead business development with Toyota core stakeholder departments

  • Establish the strong pipeline with Toyota, which covers both high-level position and layers
  • Arrange the significant business meeting between Toyota and company leadership.
  • Identify the key stakeholders who makes important decision and has the influences key departments

Customer Interface

  • Set the regular meeting with customers due to share the business and development status and identify the next actions, roadblocks and its solution
  • Accompany with customer to global manufacturing sites

Business Growth Planning

  • Build the business growth plan for Toyota business in Asia through the communication with internal regional commercial team.

Financial Management

  • Manage the program financial status at each build/design phase even advanced activity.

Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor degree or above.
  • Behavior to place strong leadership in order to manage and motivate cross functional team.
  • Accommodate to diversity to manage/work with regional teams.
  • Communication and negotiations skills, ability to lead discussion and hold presentations to/with customer, team and management
  • Native-level Japanese (must)
  • Good command of English, good enough to conduct business in English
  • Business overview globally
  • Rich business experience with Toyota
