Our client is localizing their HR management resources in Japan (previously they were using regional HR to support Japan) therefore, this HR role is an opportunity to lead HR for the Japan office.

Overview:

To work closely with business leaders to understand business goals and needs, provide HR expertise and solutions, and ensure HR strategy aligns with business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
  • Employee onboarding & off-boarding
  • Maintain and manage HR regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Preparing monthly HR reports for management
  • Manage the IT documents&Support to run the company’s procedure as required.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years HR experience (Maintain and manage payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance )
  • HR professional knowledge overall modules
  • Excellent cross functional communication Skills
  • Flexibility and quick adaptability to new, growing and changing enviroment
  • Japanese native level
  • English fluent
