Responsibilities:

Develop strong customer relationship that provides insight and a landscape create a competitive advantage

Proactively seek business opportunities by engaging customer’s engineering in early development stage, thereby establishing the company as the preeminent solutions provider for plastic parts

Define technical and other requirements to obtain business

Support innovation strategies to identify opportunities

Demonstrates personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance

Create necessary reports upon requests

Manage program launches along with internal/external milestones
Requirements
Education/Experience/Skills:
• Bachelor degree in business or/and engineering, or equivalent
• Plastic parts design or/and engineering experience more than 7 years
• Ability and experience to identify potential future products and trends
• Proven ability to manage complexity and change
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with remote regions
• English capability under multinational working environment / fluent Japanese (JLPT N1)
• CATIA V5 capable
• Working experience at foreign based companies
• Flexible working time to communicate with global team in different time zone
• Self-starter and Result-oriented personality
• Willing to travel
