Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationship that provides insight and a landscape create a competitive advantage

  • Proactively seek business opportunities by engaging customer’s engineering in early development stage, thereby establishing the company as the preeminent solutions provider for plastic parts

  • Define technical and other requirements to obtain business

  • Support innovation strategies to identify opportunities

  • Demonstrates personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance

  • Create necessary reports upon requests

  • Manage program launches along with internal/external milestones

応募資格

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor degree in business or/and engineering, or equivalent
• Plastic parts design or/and engineering experience more than 7 years
• Ability and experience to identify potential future products and trends
• Proven ability to manage complexity and change
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with remote regions
• English capability under multinational working environment / fluent Japanese (JLPT N1)
• CATIA V5 capable
• Working experience at foreign based companies
• Flexible working time to communicate with global team in different time zone
• Self-starter and Result-oriented personality
• Willing to travel
