They are seeking: Senior Key Account Manager
Role:
- Define Sales Product Group strategy for the customer in charge and ensure deployment in Regions/Product Lines.
- Drive specific product interests from the customer, follow-up and translate into business.
- Maintain and develop deep understanding of competitive advantages to select strategic projects, appropriate innovative products, modules and systems
- Organize roadmaps exchange in order to define the Product Group vision for the customer.
- Define the strategic projects to be acquired in close collaboration with the Regions/Product lines.
- Coordinate all the Regions/product lines strategies and activities related to the customer in charge.
- Business intelligence and information sharing

・海外との会議の頻度(英語)は毎日
・上司のDirectorが定めた方針に則り実務担当
・自動車OEM担当営業経験保有がbetter(mustではない)
親和性を考慮し電気電子・半導体業界出身者はwelcome。
・顧客は名古屋地区に所在するトヨタMMC
・運転支援製品を含め扱う電装製品(Interior Electronics &
Exterior Electronics)全般
・Senior なので最低10年以上の社会人経験は必須
・人材に要求される特性:Resilience, Flexibility, Agilityが必須
・ Salesなので開発業務経験は不要。ただし扱う電装製品
(Interior Electronics & Exterior Electronics)全般に対し興味を
持ち学ぼうという意識はMUST。
当然Electronics全般に詳しい事はvery welcome
・量産時の受発注は他の部門が行うが試作時の受発注はSalesが関与する
為、これまでに受発注の経験は必須。
・名古屋常駐が必須
